Ship unit prepaid and insured via  any shipper using a tracing or tracking system. All shipping charges are customer's responsibility and will not be reimbursed.
Pack Unit carefully!! It should be able to withstand a 1-2 meter drop onto concrete!
Warranty repair units require a dated proof of purchase/receipt (copy OK) and must have been originally purchased from Yeti Communications / www.yeticomnz.com. Note: Some warranty units may require factory return. Payment information below is only for return shipping and insurance charge. You will not be billed for parts or service.
