If you require
Warranty Two-Way Radio Service please do the following: |

- Carefully read ALL Information on this page.
- Warranty on radios brought from yeticomnz.com are only covered
for 90 calendar days from date of sending unit.
- Complete and print out the
Warranty
Service Form. If your browser doesn't support filling in forms
simply print a blank form and fill it out by hand or provide the
indicated information any way you like. The Service Form doesn't
send any information over the internet its just there for you to
print out.
- Include your microphone and power cord with the unit if
possible. This makes life easier and allows us to check and final
test your unit completely.
- Pack your unit carefully. Shipping can be disastrous to your
equipment. Make sure
there is at least 3-6 inches of foam
peanuts or similar packing material between all sides of the
unit and shipping box. Wrap the battery and accessories
separately. DO NOT use newspaper or shredded paper as packing
material. Double box unit if possible. If your not a frequent or
experienced shipper use a packaging/shipping service. Always
insure your unit and ship with a shipper who can track your
package.
- Put your Name, Address, Phone and Email directly on the unit
with a sticker or tag. This makes doubly sure it won't get lost.
- On the Warranty
Service Form in the Problem/Service Required box write
"Warranty" and include a dated receipt or proof of purchase (copy
OK). Note: Some new units may require a return to the manufacturer
for warranty fulfilment.

| Warranty Repair Policy:

- Units are repaired in the order they are received.
- Units are repaired as quickly as possible but there is really
no such thing as 24 hour repair service turnaround. Quality repair
work takes time to do right and make the repairs last. Turnaround
times vary with repair load so expect between 7-14 working days on
average or 2 to 4 weeks during peak periods. Special part orders
or returning the unit to the factory can delay a unit repair.
- In warranty units are "no charge" except for return shipping
and insurance. All shipping and insurance charges to us are the
customer's responsibility and will not be reimbursed. Note: Some
new warranty units may require a return to manufacturer for
warranty fulfilment.
- Warranty Repair is only for units purchased from Yeti
Communications /
