Samson Tiara specializes in providing a range of client focused safety training services and products to the offshore oil and gas, maritime, underwater, construction, mining, aviation, and general hazardous industries.
Our VISION is to create centers of excellence for safety training throughout South East Asia, and our MISSION is to provide the industry in South East Asia with the most effective, realistic and state of the art training available, thereby enhancing safety awareness in the workplace and making a positive contribution to the lives of our training participants and customers.
Founded in early 1994, Samson Tiara commenced the construction of the Helicopter Ditching training facility at Santa Fe Base, Merak, Banten. The facility was completed in June and commissioned during July 1994. Training of local staff began during this period and the first classes were held in August 1994.
In April 2004, Samson Tiara received official OPITO Accreditation for a variety of courses. OPITO training is internationally accepted and is competence based (competent / not yet competent), with plenty of hands on practical exercises.
In July 2006 Samson Tiara began construction of an all-new facility on a one-hectare block at the Krakatau Industrial Estate Cilegon. The new site opened for training in November of 2006.

An experienced medic is always present at all training sessions and facilities to ensure the safety of participants. Full medical services are available at the Krakatau Medika Hospital for Cilegon and Anyer.
Accommodation for Cilegon training participants can be provided by the Royale Krakatau Hotel overlooking the Cilegon Golf Course or at the Amaris Hotel, both about 5 minutes drive from the center.
Trainees attending Offshore Lifeboat Coxswain, Sea Survival at Sea and FRC courses can be provided accommodation at the Villa Marina Hotel or the Aston Hotel in Anyer on the shores of the Sunda Straits.
Samson Tiara is associated with several international training centers, such as Survival Systems Ltd. (Canada), PT. OSCT (Indonesia), ATLAS Knowledge (United Kingdom), MSTS (Malaysia), RelyOn Nutec, Medic One (Indonesia) allowing us to access the most qualified instructors for safety training courses.
Local instructors are on a continuous staff development program, which includes company-sponsored trips abroad to visit training centers in other countries such as Canada, UK, Holland, Malaysia and Australia.
All instructors have trained locally and abroad, hold "Rescue Diver" certification from the Professional Association of Diving Instructors (PADI), internationally recognized assessors certificates (A1/V1 Unit) and can deliver the training in English, Bahasa Indonesia or both.
