In April 2004, Samson Tiara became the first training provider in Indonesia to received official OPITO Accreditation starting with the Tropical Basic Offshore Safety Induction and Emergency Training (T-BOSIET). Since then, Samson Tiara has proven its commitment to providing OPITO accredited training to the Indonesian oil & gas sector by adding more approved courses, including such advanced courses as Offshore Emergency Response Team Member, Major Emergency Management - Initial Response, Offshore Installation Manager - Controlling Emergencies courses and Plant Manager / Incident Commander - Initial Response.
